Shipping policy

Domestic US Shipping:

We offer FREE Economy Shipping on any order over $99.

Economy Shipping:

  • $7.95* for orders under $99.
  • FREE for orders over $99, and for all APO/FPO addresses.
  • Ships within 3 business days.
  • Arrival varies depending on location, volume, and other factors. Usually within 3-6 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Standard Shipping:

  • $9.95* for orders under $99.
  • For orders over $99, you can upgrade your free Economy shipping to Standard for only $1.95.
  • Ships by the next business day.

FedEx 2 Day: 

  • $15-17 depending on location.
  • FREE for orders over $1000.
  • Ships same business day if you order by 11 am Eastern Time (Monday-Friday). Otherwise, ships by the next business day.
  • Arrives 2 business days after leaving our warehouse, usually by 4:30 pm your time. No weekend delivery.

FedEx Standard Overnight:

  • $39 flat rate.
  • Ships same business day if you order by 11 am Eastern Time (Monday-Friday). Otherwise, ships by the next business day.
  • Arrives the next business day after leaving our warehouse, usually by 3 pm your time. No weekend delivery.

The $99 for free shipping refers to the subtotal after any applied discounts, and before sales tax. The purchase of gift cards does not count towards this minimum order total.

*For orders to AK & HI, an additional $1 is added to Economy and Standard shipping fees; FedEx Standard Overnight is not available for these states.

Shipping times may be extended due to high volume over the holiday season.

International Shipping:

We welcome orders in almost all countries, as long as our current shipping carriers offer service there.

Unfortunately, if you don't see a shipping method, we cannot ship to that country. At this time, we are not shipping to Quebec (Canada) or Puerto Rico (US territory), and we cannot ship a FedEx order to a PO Box address.

Please note that we have a minimum order threshold of USD 200 (subtotal after discounts and before shipping) for all orders to the United Kingdom.

All of our shipping rates are a flat price and will depend on your country. These rates do not include customs fees and taxes the importing country requires.

You are responsible for any customs fees upon receipt. We are not liable for these charges. If you fail to pay the duties and your package is returned, you can choose to have it re-shipped (at your expense) or cancel your order. If you choose to return your order, you will receive a refund for the products, minus the original shipping cost and any return fees. We will contact you if your package is returned.

Standard International:

  • $12-$22 flat rate depending on your location, available for orders up to $750 in value.
  • Ships within 3 business days.
  • Limited Tracking
  • This shipping method can take up to 2 weeks for arrival in your country. From there, delivery will vary based on your country's customs processes. 

FedEx International Priority:

  • $36-$48 flat rate depending on your location.
  • Our most expedited shipping option.
  • Ships same business day if the order is placed by 11 am Eastern Time (Monday-Friday); otherwise next business day.
  • Usually arrives 4-7 days after we ship it.
  • A customs bill will be presented to you upon delivery. 

FedEx International Economy:

  • $28-$42 flat rate depending on your location.
  • Another expedited shipping option, though not as fast as International Priority.
  • Ships same business day if the order is placed by 11 am Eastern Time (Monday-Friday); otherwise next business day.
  • Usually arrives 6-10 days after we ship it
  • A customs bill will be presented to you upon delivery. 

Not all shipping methods are available in all countries. We cannot ship to that country if you don't see a shipping method at checkout.

General Shipping Policy:

We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Tracking for orders shipped late afternoon may not update until the following business day. Please allow an extra day for processing during busy seasons. Shipping times may be extended due to high volume.

These delivery estimates all begin once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please select FedEx if you need a guaranteed delivery date or guaranteed tracking within the US. We also cannot ship FedEx orders to a PO box address or to U.S. territories. With international orders, there is no guaranteed delivery date.

For Standard International orders, we ship using DHL eCommerce. Final delivery may be handled by DHL or local couriers; this can vary depending on your location. We do not have a comprehensive list of delivery practices for each country. If you have concerns about the shipping carrier, we recommend selecting FedEx instead.

You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. After this, changes or cancellations aren't possible. You can track your order status on our website under My Account.
